The Maher team and its partner, Jobs for the Future, worked closely with states and regions to understand their technical assistance needs and to design and deliver resources and training that helped them drive continuous improvement across the system. The broad range of projects allowed the Maher team to expand our understanding of the challenges at the state and regional levels which informs the development of ongoing technical assistance and training for the public workforce system. Due to our successful support over the past three years, ETA recently awarded Maher this Regional Technical Assistance contract again. “At Maher, we are honored to continue to assist ETA with this complex project and directly work with State and Local workforce professionals who are committed to best serving the needs of jobseeker and business customers,” says Rebecca Livingston, Practice Director. “Through our support of the Regional Technical Assistance contract and other projects directly with practitioners at the Regional, States and Local levels, Maher can ensure that the technical assistance that we deliver at the national level is relevant to the immediate needs of the workforce system.”
