Our client, a leading Multiple Service Operator (MSO), has a firm commitment to protect their employees and provide them with a safe and healthy workplace. To support their philosophy of a corporate commitment to employee safety, they were seeking a comprehensive and world-class safety training program.

The Solution

Maher & Maher crafted a company-wide eLearning training solution that was designed to raise safety awareness, create a positive safety culture and encourage employees to view safety as something they should value – both personally and professionally. The self-paced training course provided consistent and up-to-date training on key safety topics and practices.

Our innovative design engaged learners with the content as they moved icons around a game board to drive the learning.  Interactive learning activities, world-class animations and online assessments were included to test retention and comprehension of information presented in the course.
The deployment of this training resulted in an informed workforce—one that now has a vested interest in ergonomics and realizes the importance of safety on the job.
