Robin Gwathney is a consultant with 20+ years comprehensive experience in program/project development, implementation and evaluation. She has 10+ years’ experience with research and analysis, survey development and analysis, and training. Robin has substantive experience with youth programs, dislocated adults and prisoner reentry.
Since joining Maher & Maher in 2005, Robin has been part of the design and management teams for the Student-Centered Design Job Corps project, the Green Jobs Community of Practice and American Road to Recovery Act (ARRA) Grantee Technical Assistance Sub-sites, Business Engagement “Train-the-Trainer” Community, the On-the-Job Training Toolkit, the Registered Apprenticeship web-based toolkit and the DOL/ETA Transformational Forums. Robin has consistently remained a part of the Workforce GPS Team (formerly Workforce³ One team), providing support with content uploads and research.
Before joining Maher & Maher, Robin worked with local, state, federal and national organizations, including the City of Newark’s Department of Economic and Housing Development, the U.S. DOL Employment and Training Administration (ETA), the National Urban League and the Workforce Training Professional Institute (WPTI).
Robin has a BA in Political Science from Thomas Edison State University.
