Todd Cohen is a national thought leader, strategist and program manager in the areas of higher education, workforce and economic development. He has over fifteen years of experience working with community colleges, industry associations, workforce boards, and economic development organizations to align services to the needs of workers and businesses. Cohen has a proven track record of managing large complex federal technical assistance projects and has been recognized for his work in using these projects to help large regional collaboratives organize around industry-driven approaches.
Cohen has held senior positions at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Institute for a Competitive Workforce, Booz Allen Hamilton, and the American Association of Community Colleges. He holds a bachelors degree from Syracuse University and a masters degree in public policy from the University of Texas.
