March 2011 - Neptune, NJ – Maher & Maher today announced that Catherine Baker will rejoin the Firm as Director and Chief Learning Officer (CLO). In this capacity Ms. Baker will be responsible for Maher & Maher’s private sector learning practice and provide leadership to our learning and development projects enterprise-wide.
Catherine has more than 12 years experience managing, designing and developing performance improvement solutions that are tailored to address unique client needs in the communications, biotech, medical device and pharmaceutical industries. She most recently was a Principal with a New Jersey-based custom training provider.
Baker’s background includes training strategy consulting, curriculum design, performance evaluation and support, product-specific training, facilitation and sales training programs. Catherine was previously Maher’s Director of Instructional Design and has held a variety of positions in the training industry, including instructional design, account and project management.
Catherine attended Clarion University, earning a BA in Communications with a focus on Business Communications and a Master’s degree in Communications focused on Training and Development. She will re-join Maher & Maher in early April, 2011.
