Achieving Total Customer Satisfaction (ATCS)

This multi-day, interactive workshop is designed to introduce an overarching organizational change initiative.  ATCS is designed to effectively incorporate what comes with change—new structure, processes, policies, and expected behaviors.  It is centered on achieving total quality across the business culture.

Applied successfully in the Communications and Life Sciences industries, and adapted for use in other sectors as well, this Maher & Maher product has been successfully used to train thousands of stakeholders at all levels in organizations (front line, supervisors, managers and executives levels).
