Maher & Maher is looking for individuals who can conduct research and analyze workforce programs to identify successful practices and provide technical assistance and guidance to clients on issues related to the effective and efficient delivery of workforce services on both a policy and procedural level.

Candidates should combine excellent written and oral communication skills with knowledge of programs, process improvement, assessment and training. Ability to multi-task, and interact effectively with clients at all levels is a must.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of work experience (more is preferable) in workforce development and related program operations at national, state and/or local levels is required along with an Bachelor’s degree. Graduate degree is a plus.
