As a Senior Analyst, Brad contributes to technical assistance projects that span a variety of workforce development initiatives. Recently, his areas of focus have been enhancing state and local efforts to expand access to work-based learning opportunities for diverse populations, and training workforce professionals in the use of human-centered design to improve workforce placement for adult and youth populations.
Prior to joining Maher & Maher, Brad built a diverse portfolio of skills in policy analysis, media communications, and government relations. He previously worked for the Pennsylvania Workforce Development Association, serving as a liaison between the local workforce development system and state and federal agencies. Brad has also held positions with the Pennsylvania Cable Network and Pennsylvania School Boards Association, developing a passion for working in the public sector.
Brad holds a master’s degree in public administration from Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor’s degree in anthropology from Dickinson College. His office and residence are located in Denver, Colorado.
