Erin Audia serves as an Instructional Designer with Maher & Maher. Her expertise includes designing and developing learning materials to support traditional instructor-led training (ILT) and virtual ILT, storyboarding eLearning, preparing assessments to determine whether core learning objectives have been satisfied, and creating knowledge check activities and practical applications that allow learners to practice and demonstrate new knowledge and skills.
Since joining Maher & Maher in 2005, Erin has developed learning solutions for clients within our Federal and Private Sector practices using a range of formats, including ILT, VILT, webinar, eLearning, and blended approaches. She has collaborated with clients and subject matter experts within the communications, financial services, and life sciences industries, as well as those within DOL/ETA, to assess needs, identify learning objectives, propose an appropriate learning design, and finalize course materials. The solutions Erin has developed during her tenure with Maher & Maher have supported initiatives around a variety of content areas, including but not limited to, process training, system training, sales, onboarding, Lean Management, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
Prior to joining Maher & Maher, Erin served as a Multimedia Curriculum Writer for a New Jersey company that provides computer-based training to learners in secondary schools, vocational schools, and technical training environments both within the United States and abroad. She also worked briefly as the in-house Instructional Designer and Curriculum Coordinator for an educational media provider, where she frequently coordinated and conducted focus groups with educators to determine how media is typically leveraged in the classroom.
Erin holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Rutgers University.
