Erin McGee is a Consultant supporting Job Corps Business Engagement and Enrollment Services Support projects. With over 10 years of program management experience, she takes a systems-thinking approach to problem solving, is meticulous in her use of data to drive decisions, and has an expert eye for regulatory compliance and its practical applications.
Before joining Maher & Maher, Erin worked as an ETA employee in the Office of Job Corps’ Chicago Region performing administration and oversight of Job Corps center, admissions, and placement contracts before relocating to Washington, D.C. where she ultimately led Job Corps’ Division of Regional Operations and Program Integrity. At the national level, Erin developed multiple assessment instruments—consistently emphasizing data integrity and data-driven decisions to achieve continuous program improvement. She implemented standard operating procedures to formalize and sustain federal monitoring and oversight practices across the program’s six regional offices and implemented the program’s first safety hotline for students and staff at all Job Corps centers. To further Job Corps centers’ safety and security posture, Erin’s teams initiated work under a three-year physical security plan that included site assessments, risk identification, and the provision of risk mitigating equipment and training supports.
Prior to joining the federal government, Erin was a Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua. She co-planned and co-taught secondary school English classes with a local counterpart, and as part of a USAID small project assistance grant, she led a team of volunteers in the delivery of 14 local teacher-training events that reached over 350 teachers who now impact over 100,000 Nicaraguan youth nationwide.
Erin holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Iowa.
Erin’s office and residence are located in Illinois.
