Kate came to Maher & Maher with 20 years of experience in the corporate and manufacturing Human Resources environments, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry. Kate’s work experience includes employee relations, benefits, recruiting, compensation, company stock plan administration, affirmative action plan development and risk management.
Kate graduated from York College with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management, with a concentration in Human Resources Management. She has her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute, as well as her SHRM-CP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. In addition, Kate earned the Employment Law Certificate from the Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.
As the Human Resources Generalist at Maher & Maher, Kate is responsible for the functional areas of benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.
