Kim James is a Senior Project Manager and supports the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Apprenticeship and its Strategic Workforce and Apprenticeship Research project. Prior to joining Maher & Maher, Kim spent 20 years managing health communications and web contracts with several Institutes and Offices at the National Institutes of Health, as well as the Health Resources and Services Administration, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration. She provided strategic direction and oversight and managed complex, multichannel health communications programs that include website and mobile app development, data analytics and interactive dashboard design, marketing and communications, and contact center services. Her expertise includes organizational and project management, technology integration and business development.
Kim earned an M.S. in Health Communications from Boston University, and is a certified Project Management Professional. Her office is located in Washington, D.C., and she resides in Maryland.
