Matt Musante is an Analyst & Assistant Project Manager at Maher & Maher. Matt currently serves both a project management and analyst-level role on multiple projects with U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) and Employment and Training Administration (ETA), including an innovative project aimed to transform how Job Corps Centers are structured and serve their students nation-wide. Matt’s expertise lies in project management, budget and timeline management, organizing and allocating resources, communicating with the client, and research.
Since joining Maher in 2014, Matt has co-managed several projects for DOL/ETA, including the impactful WIOA TA Implementation and Sector Strategies TA projects. In addition to his client work, Matt assists in the development of internal project manager training materials, the on-boarding of new Maher & Maher employees, and co-leading internal project manager meetings.
Matt graduated in Spring 2014 from Dickinson College with a BA in International Business & Management and minors in Spanish and Economics. In his final semester at Dickinson, Matt was part of the Eco-E Path Mosaic, in which he worked with a small team of students and faculty to develop and propose a new curricular certificate for “Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship.” In this certificate, students develop the skills necessary to become conscientious business leaders, equipped with the tools and knowledge to create social and environmental value in their ventures.
