Nancy Ellermann brings over 25 years of instructional design expertise to Maher & Maher and supports the private sector. She has an extensive background in needs assessment, design, delivery and the development of instructor-led, virtual, e-Learning and video tutorials.
During her career, Nancy has assisted corporate training organizations identify skill and knowledge gaps in which she implemented performance-based learning solutions. Over the years she managed a group of e-Learning content developers and contractors for a consulting company. In this role, she was responsible for conducting a company-wide organizational development assessment for a health and wellness organization. This assessment resulted in providing the company with recommendations on process improvement measurements for both the internal operations as well as the training delivery part of the business. Adding to her portfolio, she also worked on creating competency models and curriculum paths for the International Settlements organization for the telecommunications industry.
Nancy’s distinctive career in the training and development arena has led her to diverse industries supporting clients in healthcare, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, consulting, events marketing, insurance, consumer product goods, automotive, sales, government and technology.
Nancy attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey where she pursued a degree in Advanced Writing/Communications and psychology. She also holds certifications in Performance Consulting, e-Learning and Instructional Design.
Nancy is based on the West Coast and resides in San Diego, California.
