Nicholas (Nick) D’Antonio is a Senior Analyst with Maher & Maher and is responsible for playing a role in the Strategic Workforce and Apprenticeship project and efforts around Industry Recognized Apprenticeship. Nick’s expertise and experience lie in workforce development, industry and corporate engagement, and talent strategy.
Before joining Maher, Nick was a Director of Strategic Partnerships with a venture philanthropy investment firm called Stand Together. At Stand Together, Nick managed a multi-million dollar portfolio focused on workforce development and income equality. He helped with the expansion of programming committed to providing workforce training and job placement access to individuals with significant barriers to employment.
Prior to his work at Stand Together, Nick spent five years with the National Association of Manufacturers’ Manufacturing Institute as a Program Manager. His responsibilities focused on business engagement to increase the use of industry credentials and certifications, and help support pathways into manufacturing careers.
Nick also served on the ACT Foundation’s National Working-Learner Advisory Council which supported the needs of individuals simultaneously pursuing full-time employment and education.
Nick attended American University and earned his BS in Business Administration with a specialization in Strategy, and is a certified Project Management Professional.
