Pat’s prior experience at Bell and Howell as a Training Specialist and Consultant, eLearning Developer, and Learning Management System Administrator, provides a well-rounded background in designing instruction for commercial and government clients. As an educator who can take a course from inception to completion, Pat knows how to conduct a needs analysis and collaborate with subject matter experts to produce successful, performance-based outcomes.
Pat uses eLearning authoring tools including Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360, and Camtasia to support the consistent delivery of information and improve learner retention. In addition, she develops graphics, multimedia, and interactive elements that reinforce concepts and engage the learner. Pat’s expertise also includes quality assurance testing for functionality, diagnosing issues, and ensuring accurate test scores and transcript records for SCORM courses that reside on clients’ learning management systems.
Her diverse education, along with her experience in networking and proprietary software, have helped Pat design technical courses that have translated complex concepts and processes into learning that is easily understood by students. On the other hand, Pat is equally adept at creating instruction and scenario-based education on non-technical subjects such as on-boarding and compliance training.
Pat has a BA in French and Education (K-12) and a diploma in Microprocessor Technology, and an MS in Instructional Technology from Philadelphia University.
Her office and residence are located in New Jersey in the Greater Philadelphia region.
