Sydney Callahan is an Analyst supporting the Federal Workforce Solutions practice. She currently supports Maher & Maher’s training and technical assistance projects with the U.S. Department of Labor. Sydney’s expertise lies in virtual and in-person training, client relationship management, and innovative process improvement.
Prior to joining Maher & Maher, Sydney worked at Morgan Stanley where she managed operational onboarding for focus clients and revamped global training programs. By using Lean principles and customer-centered design theory, Sydney was able to create efficiencies and facilitate change initiatives. Sydney also spent time in higher education as a teaching team member for virtual and hybrid Business Communication courses at the Harvard Extension School and the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School. Sydney enjoys combining her private sector and education experience to craft technical assistance that is dynamic and user-focused.
Sydney earned a BA in Government and Public Policy from the University of Baltimore and currently resides in Maryland.
