March 2006 - Maher & Maher recently launched an upgraded version of its innovative call center seat productivity solution, the AcSELLeration Training Series™, developed in partnership with Jones/NCTI. The product is currently in use by over 2,000 users at over 25 cable operator locations throughout the country. AcSELLeration Series™ is accessed completely over the Internet through a fully-hosted application service provider model. It includes e-learning, supervisory support tools, management administration and reporting. AcSELLeration helps organizations integrate new hires more quickly and keep call centers running at peak productivity. A recent product upgrade introduced a new management toolkit that includes animated demonstrations and tutorials to guide managers through the setup and implementation process.
